Peg Kinda

Having graduated CUM LAUDE with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance and an MBA with a concentration in management from Southwest Minnesota State University, Peg started out as a Client Account Coordinator at River Ridge (now Options). She has also worked on a special collections project for Resource Inc in the Twin Cities and then moved on to a Billing Consultant position for a prominent non-profit 3rd party billing agency in downtown Minneapolis. Peg has developed strong relationships with different representatives at various insurance companies, including but not limited to, BCBS, HealthPartners, UBH/UHC, MA, and Hennepin Health. She’s excited about this next chapter and is looking forward to assisting you with your billing needs.

Josh has a degree in Entrepreneurship and has been an operations manager for marketing and projects for five years already. Oversees creative projects and focuses on outputs that benefit a project and the company in general. Tracking projects and progress is one of his strengths.

Ashish is a Medical Billing enthusiast. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare and medical billing, he provides the correct nourishment required for our organization to flourish. He possesses a Master's Degree in Marketing Business Management and his extensive knowledge and experience in Revenue Cycle and Credentialing, create the strong roots required for the organization to prosper. In his career of 15 years, he has worked with various reputed organizations and helped them grow and reach a higher level by achieving a target of over $2 million in sales. His consistency and passion in his work always bring the stimulus in the organization to grow higher and achieve the milestones in business one after another.

Brooklyn Borsheim

With having previous knowledge on billing, Brooklyn handles email inquiries and eligibility verifications for the organization. Brooklyn enjoys the billing world and enjoys helping others with their billing needs. With over three years of military experience, Brooklyn is detail oriented, a team player, and reliable. Brooklyn makes sure that nothing goes unnoticed and that our clients are taken care of and happy with the provided services.

Jacob Valiant

Contracting and Credentialing Specialist

Jake graduated from Indiana University with a Degree in Kinesiology - Exercise Science. Jake oversees contracting and credentialing, and assisting providers with items related to these: onboarding and credentialing of new providers, adding new locations and services, and working with payers to ensure applications are submitted correctly as well as processed promptly.

Faozia Traore

Billing Specialist

Faozia is our resident Eligibility Verifications specialist. She holds a master's degree and is passionate about accurate eligibility verifications as well as billing on MN-ITS. She is currently pursuing a second master's in business administration. Faozia is the glue that keeps us together. We appreciate how versatile and flexible she is and would not be the same without her.

Rachel Brintnall

Rachel has a bachelor’s in psychology and a minor in Finance from the University of Minnesota. She has worked for numerous healthcare agencies in the twin cities area and is our reporting wizard. She has great reporting skills and is also our coding expert having worked in billing for over 13 years. She looks forward to handling challenges and having a positive impact in the community through her work.

Alex oversees the day to day Operations from the initial interaction with customers to project planning and into development. Alex is our youngest member, recent graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. With his background in Accounting, Alex is a quick learner with endless creative energy.

With an accounting background, Arlette handles eligibility verifications; email inquiries and authorization updates for the organization. Arlette loves the billing world and is obsessed with numbers; spreadsheets and making sure what has been recorded matches what the patients’ insurance companies have on file. She also stays on top of the changes happening in the billing world.

Abimbola has a background in accounting. She was previously employed as an Engineer and has been working in billing for the past 5 years. She has extensive knowledge in billing for housing related services and is also our resident DAANES expert. She is a mom of two. Twin boys and enjoys being able to have a hybrid work schedule. She is detail oriented, a team player, reliable and is obsessed with numbers, spreadsheets, and making sure that what has been recorded is accurate. As a Sr. Collections Representative, I specialize in efficiently managing collections and accounts receivable processes. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Business Management from EARIST Cavite Campus, I have a strong educational background that complements my professional experience.

My role involves engaging with customers to negotiate potential balance payoffs and payment terms, all within established authority and guideline limits. I am skilled at conducting productive discussions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Moreover, I meticulously document customer information in various computer systems, including current account statuses, payment expectations, and detailed notes from conversations. This ensures that we have access to the most up-to-date and relevant information to assist our clients effectively.
