Basic Medical Billing Services

Review service lines for coding, diagnosis and time errors and add the appropriate modifiers on claims before submitting
Follow up with providers as needed in order to ensure accurate data entry
Assist with authorization requests and follow ups if/as needed
Submit invoices to the insurance companies and review for rejections and denials
Follow up on rejected and denied claims
Update and resubmit claims as needed
Billing for services using the provider’s EHR System or we can set up an EHR for the provider
Verifications: We verify insurances for clients that are being set up for services, and monthly for PMAP policies
Payment Posting: ERA’s and Patient Payments (if requested)

Re-credentialing if/as needed
Training staff as needed
Reporting
DAANES: we will enter and verify DAANES accuracy and inform providers if we need an updated assessment
Monitor Patient Authorizations
Further assistance as need

Assist in securing contracts with insurance companies which would then allow providers to bill and obtain payments from the insurances in question
